Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle: Some Additional Info On Body Fat %!

The following points are submitted for your consideration. These come from the burn the fat feed the muscle review program, designed by Tom Venuto.

1.Just because you are getting older does not mean that you are going to get fatter, automatically!

2.When you are looking at any of the body fat percentages charts, the low single digits for men and women means “ripped” and are usually reserved for competitive persons!

3.Those low single digits are not really intended to be maintained all year. It usually is not very healthy, especially for women!

4.Even when your body fat % is around 8 – 12% (for women) there are still, usually, some stubborn fat pockets! These are usually around the hips and lower body!

5.For men, the competition rate of <6%, is ideal and rarely will two men look the same at that rate. Many of them, during the competition will try for less than that!

The problem with trying to identify THE best number for everyone is very difficult because everyone distributes their fat differently.
